Paternoster Church

Also referred to as Church of Our Father

Built on what was thought to be the cave where Jesus taught his disciples the Our Father, a Byzantine church stood here until its destruction and eventual replacement by a Crusader building. It is now a Carmelite Convent and around the cloisters one can find locally made tiles fixed to the walls displaying the Our Father in over 100 languages.
