With no National Health Service and insurance premiums expensive, many people cannot afford healthcare without it being provided by the Church. Hospitals, clinics, maternity services, health education and outreach are all part of the service provided. Those who can afford to pay are encouraged to do so in order to safeguard provision for those genuinely unable to pay. No-one is turned away and religious affiliation is not a pre-requisite for care.
